Be Brave

What does it mean to be brave? As an adjective, brave is defined as “ready to face and endure danger or pain; showing courage”.

Now I don’t know about you, but I don’t want to endure pain. And I really don’t want to face danger.

But for some, every day can be painful or even dangerous.

It could be anxiety about finances, such as unpaid bills piling up or the sudden loss of a job.

It could be about relationships, whether you’re going through an ugly divorce or living in silent resentment and anger.

It could be about your health and struggling with weight loss or an illness.

Whatever you are facing, you are not alone. And taking any small step towards being better is my definition of brave.

So be brave. And take that first step today at making a better tomorrow.

I know you can do it.
